The Russian UFC fighter scandalously lost to a programmer from Poland. He went berserk and kicked the recumbent

Shara Bullet took the last place in the tournament in Asia very painfully.

The debut of the Russian fighter Sharabutdin Magomedov in the UFC is just around the corner. In autumn, our athlete will take part in the first fight of the promotion. But these few months, Shara needs to survive somehow, so as not to spoil her reputation.

The day before, the fighter took last place in a modest Asian tournament and attacked an opponent after an offensive defeat.

Cool contract with the UFC

In December last year, Magomedov, nicknamed Shara Bullet, signed a contract with the UFC. Throughout his career, the Russian champion in Thai boxing has not known defeat – and this is a natural step forward. According to the Sherdog portal, the fighter’s statistics at the moment are 11-0-0. It is not surprising that the UFC management offered him better conditions than most newcomers.

However, in order to debut in the strongest promotion on the planet, athletes are required to be checked by the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) within six months. That is why Magomedov has not yet had a single fight in the organization.

Recently, information has finally appeared about the approximate timing of the debut of Shara in the UFC. According to coach Gor Azizyan, Magomedov will fight at the end of October at a tournament in Abu Dhabi.

Tournament in Thailand

In the meantime, the fighter keeps fit in Thailand. Last weekend, Shara took part in the ADCC Southeast Asia tournament. Competitions were held according to mixed wrestling rules with minimal restrictions.

Athletes had to fight on mats measuring 9 by 9 meters, without restrictions on the sides. The rules prohibited striking, gouging eyes, grabbing ears and hair. It was also forbidden to wring fingers and apply sliding liquids to the body.

Magomedov entered the category up to 99 kg. He could not fall below third place even in theory, since there were three participants in total. In addition to Shara, Pole Jakub Bilko and US representative Vic Dorfman entered this category.

The American athlete was lucky: he directly got into the final, as there was no opponent for him. Shara met with Bilko in the semi-finals. The Polish athlete, in addition to martial arts, boasts very original hobbies. In social networks, he calls himself a vegan and writes that he is engaged in programming. Jakub has an active GitHub profile, the last changes he made just a few days before the tournament.

Scandalous defeat

The format of the tournament in Bangkok was a 10-minute bout with the possibility of a five-minute extension in the event of a tie. But the confrontation between Magomedov and the Polish athlete did not last even half of the allotted time. Yakub caught our fighter in a painful hold “twisting the heel”.

During the painful ball, he knocked on the opponent’s leg. Bilko took this as a surrender and let the Russian go. Furious, Bullet jumped up abruptly and approached his opponent, who was still lying on his back. The Russian began to say something to his opponent, and then kicked him.

The referees stopped the fight for trial. As a result, the referee decided to count the victory for the Polish fighter. But not a disqualification, as one might think, but a painful hold, considering twisting the heel as legitimate.

Since the fight was the only one in the semi-finals, Shara Bullet took the last place, although he entered the top three. The defeat, of course, will not affect the ideal statistics of a fighter, but a loss, coupled with misbehavior, can damage the reputation of a Russian in the eyes of the UFC leadership.
