Sean Dice is expected to replace Frank Lampard on the Everton bench after the ‘wreck’ involving Marcelo Bielsa.
Everton are on the hunt for a manager following the sacking of Frank Lampard. The choice to replace him appears to be Sean Dice.
The Merseyside side had initially turned their attention to Marcelo Bielsa’s case, however, the Argentina manager reacted negatively to Everton’s offer.
Everton wanted to wrap up the manager’s case by Friday (27/01) and finally appear to be closing the specific gap with the former Burnley manager.

Brighton have released their accounts for the 2021/22 season, revealing the record amount Chelsea have spent to compensate the Seagulls for Graham Potter.
Graham Potter took over as Chelsea manager last September, replacing Thomas Tuchel. In order for the Blues to take over the 47-year-old technician, they had to pay heavily to Brighton, where he was under contract. In order to even get his signature, they had to compensate the Seagulls with a record sum.
From the balance sheet released by Brighton, the amount that Chelsea have taken out of their coffers, which totals 24 million euros, has emerged.
This equalizer is a record in football history. It should be noted that Potter is also well paid by Londoners as he is paid €13 million annually.

Ibrahima Konate has attacked Kylian Mbappe and the France captain’s armband, revealing his Liverpool team-mates have asked him if the Parisian star was being arrogant.
THE Ibrahim Konat spoke in the best terms about his teammate in the French national team, Kylian Mbappe, who will become the new captain of the “Tricolors”, the team announced.
The 23-year-old defender described the Paris star as a “leader” and also mentioned that many consider him arrogant. A view shared by some of his Liverpool team-mates.
“Even if I had a say, it wouldn’t change anything. It’s the coach’s decision, but I’m very happy. Honestly, Kylian deserves it. We are all on board.”he told Eurosport, adding:
“He deserves it with what he did at the World Cup and also with Paris. He’s a very good leader, on and off the pitch.”
He’s a little boy who likes to have a good time and have fun, nothing more. He’s a very nice person. Some may consider him arrogant. That’s something I was also asked about in Liverpool. I say to them: “Are you crazy? He’s such a nice guy.” Of course he’ll be a good leader.”

Takehiro Tomiyasu has had surgery after a knee injury and Arsenal have announced he will miss the rest of the season.
Mikel Arteta is coping with a serious injury as he battles for the Premier League championship Takehiro Tomiyasuobtained from the match against Sporting for the Europa League.
As announced by Arsenal, the 24-year-old defender underwent surgery on Tuesday (March 21) and was successfully completed.
