Dominican Republic football club Cibao FC have traveled to Jamaica to face Mount Pleasant FA in the 2026 Concacaf Caribbean Cup on Tuesday. The second-round fixture will take place at the National Stadium in Kingston, with kickoff scheduled for 6:00 p.m. local time.

The match will be broadcast live across the region on ESPN Disney Plus. Both sides enter the second round of group stage fixtures seeking their first victory of the tournament campaign in Kingston.
Cibao FC, known as the orange squad, opened their Caribbean Cup campaign with a goalless 0-0 draw at home against Jamaican side Cavalier FC. Despite failing to find the net, the Dominican hosts held superior control of the ball throughout the contest.
Statistical reports from the opening fixture show Cibao FC gained possession on 86 occasions, compared to 54 for visiting Cavalier FC. The orange team also dominated set-piece opportunities, taking six corner kicks to just one from their opponent.
Opening round passing performance
Cibao midfielder Yunior Peralta recorded the highest number of completed passes across the entire opening matchday of the Concacaf Caribbean Cup, delivering 13 passes. Jairo Alegría of Dominican team Salcedo FC ranked second overall with 12 passes.
Peralta's performance led a strong passing distribution for five-time Dominican Football League champions Cibao FC. Mao-born player Cesarín Ortiz registered nine passes, while Juan Ángeles completed five passes and young player Miguel Muñoz added three passes.
Opponents Mount Pleasant FA head into Tuesday's encounter following a defeat in their tournament debut. The Jamaican outfit are looking to secure their first points in the regional competition at the National Stadium.
Group D and Group A tournament standings
Cibao FC and Cavalier FC currently sit level in Group D with one point each following their 0-0 draw. Tournament debutants Salcedo FC lead the group with three points after winning their opening match, while Mount Pleasant FA and Jamaican side Portmore United have yet to score a point.
Group D also includes Dominican Republic club Delfines del Este, who entered the competition as champions of the Liga de Expansión. Delfines del Este have not yet played their debut fixture in the group stage.
In Group A of the Concacaf Caribbean Cup, Haitian club Violette FC and Trinidadian side Club Sandi AC share the top position with three points each after winning their opening matches. Surinamese team SV Broki and Trinidadian outfit Fuerza de Defensa remain on zero points.
Cibao FC squad selection
Cibao FC head coach Junior Scheldeur has named a full traveling squad for the Jamaican fixture. The goalkeeper position features veteran international Miguel "Pichi" Lloyd, promising keeper Edwin "Gato" Frías, and youngster Elián Beras.
The defensive unit includes two returning players in Oscar Florencio and Luis Ismael Díaz, who is known as Pinta. They are joined in defense by Darlin Ozuna, Yunior Peralta, and Colombian defender Darwin Palomeque.
Scheldeur's squad is captained by Jean Carlos López. The remaining roster members selected for the trip are Ernesto "Che" Trinidad, Miguel Muñoz, Javier Roces, Nicolás Cruz, Edwarlyn Reyes, Cesarín Ortiz, Omar De la Cruz, Víctor Minotta, Anthony Sosa, Gabriel Gómez, Josué Núñez, Abraham Mejía, Elián López, and Julio César Murillo, who carries the nickname La Muralla.
