Ronaldo explained that his long playing career is approaching its final phase after more than two decades at the highest level of the sport. He told Vogue that this is probably his last year of football and that he wants to leave a spectacular legacy before stepping away.

Ronaldo is widely regarded as one of the greatest football players in history. Over a 25-year career built on sacrifice and intense physical discipline, the former Real Madrid CF striker has reached the summit of world sports while building an extraordinary record of achievements.

Planning for Life After Football

Looking ahead to life after retirement, Ronaldo acknowledged that stepping away from the pitch will require a major adjustment to his daily routine. He admitted that his public persona often eclipses his private life, noting that football can leave a large void once a player stops competing.

He added that a person must fill their time in several different ways rather than relying on just one activity. Away from the pressure of stadium lights, Ronaldo emphasized that his post-retirement future is already completely planned, with a clear focus on devoting more time and care to his family life.

Family Expansion and Future Plans

Family life remains a key priority for the couple, who are keeping an open mind about expanding their household in the coming years. Ronaldo stated that he never says never regarding the possibility of having more children.

Although raising seven children might seem like an ambitious goal, the couple has not ruled out growing their family further. Georgina explained that she holds a deep emotional bond with having young children around and confessed that she cannot imagine her life without them.

She suggested that they could consider having more children once their youngest reach 15 or 16 years old, reasoning that she and Ronaldo will still be young at that point and asking why they should not expand their family then.

An Intimate Wedding Celebration

The couple recently married in a ceremony designed to maintain simplicity despite the intense public attention surrounding their lives. Ronaldo corrected himself during the interview to describe their nuptials as a special day celebrated in a normal way as they sought authenticity.

Georgina described the wedding as an intimate gathering filled with deep love, adding that the event was exactly as she had imagined it. The official family wedding photograph was taken by acclaimed photographer Juergen Teller, capturing the private milestone for the couple.
