Bayern Munich attacking midfielder Jamal Musiala has revealed he suffers from a neurological dysfunction after fainting during pre-season friendly matches against Leipzig and Hoffenheim.

The 23-year-old German international player reassured supporters on social media that his health is not in danger and that the condition is manageable with treatment.

Musiala explained in an Instagram post that the neurological issue causes brief, temporary absences that have become part of his daily routine. He added that he receives excellent medical supervision and remains optimistic about his recovery.
