Chicago Sky guard Natasha Cloud criticized spectators after sex toys were thrown onto the court for the second consecutive night during her team's 73-70 victory over the Golden State Valkyries at Wintrust Arena on Friday.
The disruption occurred during the third quarter when at least three sex toys were tossed onto the hardwood floor from the stands, forcing officials to halt play while arena staff removed them.
Speaking to reporters after the home win in the Women's National Basketball Association, the 34-year-old veteran guard expressed fury when asked about the recurring fan behavior.
"It's lame as f***; Sorry, mama," Cloud said.

Cloud did not hold back when asked about the recurring incidents following Chicago's victory.
"And I just, man, and like, in most of these occasions, it's men," Cloud said. "And I want you to know that is the gayest thing that you can do is to go to a store, a sex shop, buy a d****, come to a women's game to throw the d**** on the court."
"That is the gayest s*** that I've ever heard," Cloud continued. "So I'm a firm believer in anyone that has so much problem with a certain marginalized group, just come out and say that you're a part of our marginalized group because that hate is unwarranted. It's not factual."
"And it says more about the internal struggles of that individual than it ever will say about the collective group," she added.
Cloud went on to call the perpetrators extremely weak, stating that their actions fail to rattle the players on the court and instead reflect poorly on the fans responsible.
"Y'all lame as s*** to us. Y'all gay to us and we see it," Cloud said. "So keep throwing them if you just want to keep telling us you're gay. You can come out. You'll be happier. You'll be nicer to people. You'll be happier in your everyday life. You don't need to go to therapy or none of that s***. Just be yourself."
She concluded her postgame comments by questioning how the culprits explain the purchases on their financial records.
"Y'all weird," she added. "Like it says d**** on their credit card. Like they have to go through their financial advisor and be like, 'What's this green d****? You good, Chad? You good, Richard? Are you good, Paul?' Because it also is a certain demographic. Y'all cool? Are y'all cool? And don't be running."
Disruption in Los Angeles
The incident at Wintrust Arena in Chicago followed a similar scene just 24 hours earlier during a Thursday night matchup between the Atlanta Dream and Los Angeles Sparks at Crypto.com Arena.
During that game in Los Angeles, a spectator threw an adult toy onto the floor before being apprehended by security officers and detained by Los Angeles police.
History of court disruptions in the WNBA
The recent incidents bring back bad memories of last season when the league was rife with issues involving sex toys being used as projectiles at WNBA games.
The stunts appeared to have some involvement in the promotion of a meme cryptocurrency, though it is unclear if the latest incidents have a similar connotation.
Some of those grotesque events last season led to players being directly hit, including Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham.
Incidents from last season resulted in bans from stadiums and arrests of the individuals responsible.
One year ago, a 32-year-old Ohio man identified as Charles Burgess was arrested for throwing a sex toy during a New York Liberty game that struck a 12-year-old girl.
Earlier last August, 18-year-old Kaden Lopez was arrested for disorderly conduct, assault, and public display of explicit sexual material for throwing a sex toy onto the court of a game between the Connecticut Sun and the Phoenix Mercury.
Another man, 23-year-old Delbert Carver, was arrested for throwing sex toys on the floor at two separate WNBA games.
