Paris Saint-Germain scored twice in stoppage time to snatch a 2-2 draw against Lille in Ligue 1 on Friday, with Marquinhos heading a 95th-minute equaliser.
Lille had led 2-0 and appeared on course for their first victory over PSG in five years at the Stade Pierre Mauroy, before the visitors rescued a point in the dying moments.
The hosts took the lead in the 21st minute. Former France international Olivier Giroud set up Hakon Haraldsson, who fired past PSG goalkeeper Matvei Safonov.
The visitors struggled to respond. Désiré Doué, Warren Zaïre-Emery and Lucas Beraldo endured a difficult first half, prompting PSG manager Luis Enrique to introduce Khvicha Kvaratskhelia at the break.
Despite holding 85 percent possession in the opening 15 minutes of the second half, PSG failed to create clear opportunities against a disciplined Lille defence.
Lille midfielder Benjamin André received a yellow card in the 53rd minute for bringing down Fabian Ruiz on a counter-attack. Minutes later, André avoided a potential red card after a late challenge on Ferran Torres gave Kvaratskhelia a dangerous free kick.
Lille manager Ancelotti substituted the captain shortly afterwards, bringing on Mukau.
Lille continued to threaten. Giroud sent a header off target from a Tiago Santos cross with Safonov caught out of position, and Dro Fernandez made a strong run through the midfield.
Lille doubled their advantage in the 85th minute. Dilane Bakwa received the ball on the right side, cut inside Lucas Digne and curled a shot into the top corner beyond Safonov's reach.
Stoppage time comeback
With three minutes of added time announced by the assistant referee, PSG began their recovery. Vitinha made it 2-1 in the 91st minute, finding the top corner to match Bakwa's earlier finish.
In the 95th minute, with Safonov having come forward for a corner, the ball fell to Vitinha. The Portuguese midfielder delivered a cross for club captain Marquinhos, who headed past Lille goalkeeper Özer at the last second to secure the draw.
The late goal left Lille players frustrated with the officiating, as the equaliser came after the announced added time had elapsed.
The result leaves PSG with two points from their first two league matches of the season, having saved a similar point against Rennes. Lille sit on four points.
