PSG Announces Signing of Maghnes Akliouche From Monaco

Paris Saint-Germain announced on Thursday the signing of French attacking midfielder Maghnes Akliouche, who leaves Monaco to join the reigning French champions.

The financial terms of the deal were not officially disclosed, but French media reported the transfer was completed for around 50 million euros, roughly 320 million reais.

Akliouche, 24, made his professional debut for Monaco in 2021 and played 139 matches for the Principality club, scoring 23 goals during that spell.

Player's reaction

Akliouche said in an official club statement that he grew up in the Paris region, so joining such a prestigious club meant a great deal to him and his family. He said he could not wait to wear the shirt, continue his development at the club and give everything to represent PSG in front of the fans.

International honors

Akliouche won a silver medal with France at the 2024 Paris Olympics and was also part of the French squad at this year's World Cup.

At PSG, he joins an attacking line that includes Ousmane Dembélé, winner of the 2025 Ballon d'Or, as well as Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Désiré Doué.
