Real Madrid midfielder Aurélien Tchouameni will miss Sunday's LaLiga match against Málaga at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium after being ruled out of group training on Friday.

Brazilian forward Endrick also trained separately from the main squad at the Ciudad Real Madrid complex, leaving both players unavailable for selection as Madrid prepare for their third fixture of the domestic league season.
Tchouameni has been unable to train alongside his teammates as he continues to experience physical issues stemming from his participation in the World Cup. Real Madrid head coach Jose Mourinho had previously confirmed before the club's recent match against Real Sociedad that the defensive midfielder had not suffered a new injury setback, but emphasized that the club would take no risks regarding his return.
Mourinho explained that the coaching staff, medical team, and Tchouameni himself had collectively decided that the player would only return when operating at 100 percent fitness. The Portuguese manager stated that the club is willing to wait an additional week if necessary, making clear that they will not rush his return to action.
Injury concerns and individual recovery programs
Endrick is currently working through a recovery plan for minor muscle tendonitis. Mourinho described the decision to isolate the young striker from team drills as a preventive measure aimed at avoiding a more significant injury, adding that the club has not established a firm date for his comeback.
Several other first-team players were also restricted to individual recovery work on Friday. Defenders Raúl Asencio, Ferland Mendy, and Éder Militão, alongside winger Rodrygo Goes and academy player Thiago Pitarch, all trained away from the main group and did not feature in the collective session.
Squad preparation ahead of Malaga fixture
The remaining members of the squad began Friday's session with physical conditioning work on the pitch. According to information released on Real Madrid's official website, the players then completed tactical drills, ball possession exercises, and passing combinations before finishing the session with small-sided matches.
Real Madrid enter matchday three of LaLiga seeking to build momentum in Spain's top division. The club plays its home fixtures at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid, while training takes place at their Ciudad Real Madrid facility in Valdebebas. Tchouameni, a French international midfielder, joined the club in 2022 from Monaco, while Endrick arrived as one of Brazil's most prominent young attacking prospects.
Mourinho's side will complete their match preparations ahead of Sunday's league encounter against Málaga, with the head coach prioritizing long-term squad health during the opening weeks of the campaign.
