England defender John Stones has been hit with four penalty points and ordered to pay £1,052 after pleading guilty to speeding in his £150,000 Range Rover near his home in Knutsford, Cheshire.
Warrington Magistrates fined the 32-year-old Inter Milan centre-back £666 last week and ordered him to pay £386 in court costs and a victim surcharge after he exceeded 30mph on a restricted road.
Police caught the former Manchester City player driving his custom Urban Range Rover in May, on the day before City recorded a 3-0 victory against Brentford last season. Speeding was the sole offence recorded against him.

Stones lived in Cheshire during his decade in North West England with Manchester City. Knutsford, located in Cheshire, is a traditional residential area for premier league and international footballers based in the region.
Summer move to Italy
The defender departed the Etihad Stadium during the summer transfer window, signing a two-year contract with Italian club Inter Milan after ten years with Manchester City.
He enjoyed a memorable debut for the Serie A side, scoring a winning goal before being forced off with a thigh injury that has restricted his appearances in Italy.

Before moving to Serie A, Stones established himself as a key figure during a trophy-laden decade at Manchester City. He helped the club win six Premier League titles, the Champions League, two FA Cups, and five League Cups.
Stones originally began his senior professional career at Yorkshire club Barnsley before joining Everton in 2013, where his form earned him a high-profile move to Manchester City three years later.
England international future
The experienced defender has also been a central figure for England, forming part of the national squad that finished third at the World Cup. Stones started the quarter-final victory against Norway and the semi-final defeat by Argentina.
Despite dealing with persistent injury issues in recent years, Stones has insisted he has no intention of retiring from international football. His latest thigh injury ruled him out of selection for Thomas Tuchel's England squad during the current international break.
However, Stones remains highly regarded by England manager Tuchel and could still extend his international career through to the 2028 European Championship, which will be co-hosted by the United Kingdom and Ireland.
