Kylian Mbappe plans Real Madrid exit in summer of 2027

Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe has decided to leave the Spanish club in the summer of 2027 after becoming furious with team management.

Journalist Francois Gallardo reported on social media platform X that the French attacker is angry and disappointed with Real Madrid, adding that the club does not plan to block his departure.

Gallardo noted that Mbappe intends to move to one of the clubs in the English Premier League after concluding his spell in Spain.

Mbappe has played for Real Madrid since 2024, when he completed a high-profile move to Spain. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2029. Real Madrid, based in the Spanish capital, competes in La Liga and plays home matches at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.

Before joining Real Madrid, Mbappe established himself as one of global football's top attackers during his time with Paris Saint-Germain and the France national team, with whom he won the World Cup.

Premier League Financial Ruling

In separate English football news, Manchester City has been found guilty on more than 100 charges concerning financial violations in the Premier League.

An independent commission began reviewing 115 alleged financial breaches in February 2023 following a lengthy investigation by the Premier League. The suspected violations covered a nine-season period between the 2009-10 and 2017-18 campaigns.

Manchester City consistently denied the allegations throughout the proceedings. However, the commission found the club guilty on all counts except for one of the 115 charges.

The Manchester club now faces a variety of potential sanctions, with the regulatory panel empowered to issue financial penalties or sporting punishments.

Manchester City is an English football club based at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester. The team competes in the Premier League, which enforces strict financial rules across all member clubs to maintain financial fair play and league integrity.
