Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins is set to travel to Saudi Arabia this week to complete a £50 million move to Al Hilal.
The departure of the England international striker paves the way for Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson to join Aston Villa for a fee of up to £65 million.
Watkins will receive a substantial pay increase upon joining the Saudi Pro League club. Jackson, 25, is scheduled for a medical examination this week ahead of his transfer to Villa Park.
The Senegal international forward could make his Aston Villa debut in the Premier League fixture against Arsenal on Monday. The move allows Jackson to reunite with Villa manager Unai Emery, who previously coached him at Spanish side Villarreal.

The resolution of the Watkins transfer ends a period of uncertainty at the West Midlands club. Watkins did not feature in Villa's 4-0 loss to Brighton last Sunday, despite being the only fit senior striker in the squad.
Following the defeat to Brighton, Emery did little to dispel suggestions that Watkins had personally chosen not to play in the match.

Watkins becomes the fifth senior player to leave Aston Villa during the summer transfer window. He follows Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans, French defender Lucas Digne, attacker Morgan Rogers, and England defender Ezri Konsa out of the club. Villa have also offered goalkeeper Emi Martinez to Chelsea.
Daily Mail Sport reported last month that Jackson was keen on moving to Villa to work under Emery again. Talks between Chelsea and Villa regarding Jackson initially surfaced during negotiations for Rogers, who completed a club-record £117 million transfer to Stamford Bridge.
Villa also signed winger Alejandro Garnacho on loan from Chelsea this summer. Under Premier League regulations, clubs cannot take more than one player on loan from the same domestic opponent in a single season, leaving a permanent transfer as the only option for Jackson.
Aston Villa have maintained a long-standing interest in Jackson. The 25-year-old striker had also attracted attention from rival clubs across England and Europe, including Tottenham Hotspur and Atletico Madrid.
