Toulouse FC sign shirt sponsorship deal with Casadora

Toulouse Football Club have named luxury Moroccan resort brand Casadora as their principal shirt sponsor for four Ligue 1 seasons. The agreement sees the brand replace local real estate developer LP Promotion on the front of the team jersey for the current campaign.

Casadora is a commercial brand launched by Toulouse real estate developer Groupe Ramos, the property group known for creating the senior residence brand Les Senioriales. The partnership maintains a real estate developer as the main shirt sponsor for the French top-flight club.

TFC president Olivier Cloarec and Groupe Ramos executive director Corentin Aglaor finalized the sponsorship deal. Aglaor said the company signed a four-season contract with Toulouse Football Club to increase its public profile among the general public and establish a long-term partnership with the club.

Resort development in El Jadida

The Casadora brand represents a high-end ryad resort currently under development along the Atlantic coast in El Jadida, located one hour south of Casablanca. The project covers ten hectares of land that group founder Andre Ramos acquired in 2009.

The development features 220 private ryads alongside a four-star hotel situated between two golf courses. Construction work has already begun on the site, with final delivery scheduled for early 2028.

Corentin Aglaor, a former lawyer and son-in-law of founder Andre Ramos, joined the family business in 2023 after buying a 50 percent stake in the group. Aglaor said his goal is to reactivate the firm's real estate promotion business, which had been dormant for nearly 20 years. Groupe Ramos previously built coastal developments along the Languedoc coast, notably in Port-Barcares.

Fractional property ownership model

The El Jadida resort introduces a fractional ownership structure for 80 of the 220 ryads. Under this system, buyers purchase four weeks of annual vacation rights for life.

Aglaor explained that the arrangement relies on a French civil real estate company (SCI) structure rather than traditional timeshare. Purchasers buy actual social shares in an SCI that holds full title to the real estate asset, which secures property inheritance rights and simplifies share resale.

Access to four weeks of annual lifetime stays starts at 26,000 euros. Co-owners pay monthly charges ranging between 40 euros and 70 euros. A rolling calendar shared among 13 associates per ryad enables each co-owner to book stays during the peak summer season once every seven years.

Investor options and resort management

The remaining 140 ryads in the development are being sold directly to property investors. The ryads are offered in three size categories ranging from 70 square metres to 180 square metres. Marketing for the resort has already reached 40 percent of total sales.

Buyers can choose to use their allocated four weeks for personal vacations or place them on the rental market. The entire estate, including the four-star hotel and rental operations, is managed by Irish firm Kerten Hospitality.

History of Groupe Ramos

Groupe Ramos was established in Toulouse in 1971 by brothers Andre Ramos and Paul Ramos. The company initially built residential rental apartment blocks in Toulouse and across France before expanding its operations internationally into Spain, Venezuela, and the United States.

In 1997, the group created Les Senioriales, a specialized senior residence brand that it subsequently sold to French tourism giant Pierre and Vacances in 2007.

Today, Groupe Ramos generates 70 million euros in annual activity and employs 20 staff members. The firm manages a rental property portfolio of 22 sites housing 150 tenants across the greater Toulouse area.

The shirt sponsorship announcement coincides with TFC unveiling their new Ligue 1 jersey, which returned to classic vertical stripes. The club promoted the new kit with a video stunt featuring stuntwoman Lilou Ruel performing a skydiving jump from an altitude of 4,000 metres. On the pitch, Toulouse recently secured their first Ligue 1 victory of the season against Le Havre under manager Jens Berthel Askou, with Danish players Jorgensen and Tengstedt key to the win.
