Toulouse FC will host an exclusive festive evening for season ticket holders in Balma on Thursday, August 20, ahead of their Ligue 1 season opener.
The event will run from 6:30 pm until 1:00 am at La Friche Gourmande, a guinguette venue located in Balma-Gramont, just east of Toulouse. Club officials organized the gathering to bring supporters together to discuss the team and launch the new season in a relaxed, afterwork-style atmosphere.

Attendance is strictly reserved for season ticket holders, and fans must register online in advance. Entry is limited to 500 available places.
Event details and supporter discounts
Organisers have requested that supporters wear their Toulouse FC shirts rather than formal attire. Attendees presenting a valid season ticket card for the 2026-2027 season will receive a 10 percent discount on food and drinks.
The venue features two bars and street-food stalls provided by vendors including Banh Mi, Scarpetta, and Les Mecs au Camion. Toulouse FC traditionally holds an annual Fans Day at its home ground, the Stadium de Toulouse, but selected the open-air Balma site for this pre-season gathering.
Toulouse FC, nicknamed Les Violets due to their traditional purple kit, play their home fixtures at the Stadium de Toulouse in southwestern France. Balma is a neighboring commune connected to Toulouse by the local metro system.
Pre-season form and squad changes
The gathering takes place two days before Toulouse open their Ligue 1 campaign against Olympique Lyonnais at home on Saturday, August 22, with kick-off set for 8:45 pm. Toulouse completed their pre-season schedule with a defeat against German club Hamburg following four friendly matches.
Technical assessments after the four pre-season games showed that the team operated with a four-man defense while adopting a higher-risk approach in forward areas.
The club has also experienced several roster movements during the summer transfer window. Defender Dayann Methalie returned to Toulouse after a planned transfer to English side Sunderland fell through.
Meanwhile, 18-year-old Swedish winger Sion Oppong signed for Toulouse as a promising prospect, and Danish midfielder Thomas Jorgensen is close to completing his transfer to the club. Jorgensen arrived at Toulouse airport ahead of his move, where only four supporters were present to meet him.
New management and seasonal expectations
Toulouse enter the campaign under new Danish head coach Jens Berthel Askou. The manager, who counts Diego Maradona, Jürgen Klopp, and Johan Cruyff's Barcelona among his primary footballing inspirations, took over leadership of the squad during the summer.
In an interview ahead of the opening match against Lyon, Askou said that everyone at the club shared the same dream of qualifying for European competition once again.
Former Toulouse manager Élie Baup also weighed in on the team's prospects for the upcoming Ligue 1 season, advising that fans and analysts should keep their expectations for the club realistic.
With registration open online, supporters will gather in Balma on Thursday night before turning their attention to Saturday's opening fixture against Lyon.
