(Toronto) Rafael Devers hit a two-run homer early in the game and then added a single as the Boston Red Sox won 7–6 against the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday.

Justin Turner hit a long ball and scored a double as the Red Sox (42-42) to 6-0 against the Blue Jays in 2023. Masataka Yoshida also drove in a run.

Kutter Crawford (3-4) held the Blue Jays to two runs, three hits and two walks. He struck out five in five innings and two-thirds. Josh Winckowski took over.

Matt Chapman had two runs in the eighth inning for the Blue Jays (45-39), who were looking to come back.
