(Toronto) Vladimir Guerrero broke the tie with a two-run double in the seventh and the Toronto Blue Jays got off to a good start in a 10-game homestand on Friday, winning 5-4 over the Kansas Royals City.

Bo Bichette distinguished himself in his return to the game with two hits, including a run-scoring single that tied it 2-2 in the seventh.

An inning earlier, he made it 1-1 with a double.

The shortstop hadn’t played since August 27th, the result of quadriceps problems in his right leg.

Ernie Clement had a unique score as a pinch hitter.
