The women’s team of the Kursk region reached the semifinals of the basketball tournament at the Spartakiad of the strongest
The national team of the Kursk region defeated the team of the Orenburg region in the quarterfinals of the women’s basketball tournament as part of the All-Russian Spartakiad in summer sports among the strongest athletes in 2022.
The meeting was held in Moscow on Saturday and ended with a score of 76:42 (14:15, 23:8, 19:10, 20:9). Anna Burovaya scored 17 points for the Kursk team, Anastasia Zotkina scored 11 points among the losers.
The semi-final matches of the women’s basketball tournament will be held on September 4, the final and the bronze game on September 5.
