Mayga is recognized as the most valuable player in the women’s basketball tournament of the Spartakiad

The Russian Basketball Federation (RBF) determined the best players of the last women’s tournament as part of the Spartakiad of the strongest.
The most valuable player (MVP) was named the center of the Moscow national team Josselina Maiga, who together with the team became the winner of the tournament.
The symbolic five of the Games were point guard Maria Krymova (Moscow), attacking guard Daria Ignatova (Moscow region), small forward Anastasia Shilova (Sverdlovsk region), power forward Victoria Cheren (Moscow) and center Elizaveta Shabanova (Kursk region).
In the finals of the Spartakiad, Muscovites beat the team of the Sverdlovsk region with a score of 74:54. The tournament ended on September 5th.
