Durant dropped to No. 8 in the ESPN rankings, Lebron dropped to No. 6, and Antetokounmpo is sure to be in the top five
Kevin Durant dropped not one, not two, but seven spots in ESPN Journalists’ poll of the NBA’s 2022-23 Best Players, falling from the top of the rankings to eighth place.
For the past 12 years, and before the start of each season, ESPN has ranked the NBA’s superstars and chosen the top 100.
With the first two screenings with players 100-26 and 25-11, the list was released on Thursday (22/9) that includes players ranked 10-6 to leave the top 5 for the grand final stay. Facts suggest that Giannis Antetokounmpo will be one of them.
Unlike LeBron James or Kevin Durant, who – to the surprise of many – were dropped from the top five, the US midfielder apparently pays for the bad season with his teams. The King was placed (well again) at ‘6’ and KD at ‘8’ in the leaderboard, although they were the clear leaders last year Jason Tatum to separate them.
