ASEAD justified Symeonidis, Koromilas, Zavlanos and Mitsopoulos in their dispute with ODKE
Symeonidis, Koromilas, Zavlanos and Mitsopoulos have been acquitted by ASEAD in their dispute with ODKE, which had sentenced them to 2 years (2.5 years in the first case) and is now free to act again in Greek arbitration.
It was November when the ODKE exhausted its rigor and imposed a 2.5 year prison sentence on Stelios Symeonidis and 2 years on Costas Koromilas, Nikos Zavlanos and Costas Mitsopouloshow Penalty for testimony dated August 25 on the occasion of the seminar in Thessaloniki. But this penalty no longer applies.
ASEAD has acquitted the four members of the former KED/EEC, which means they can now resume action in the Greek arbitration if they wish.
It is recalled that among the members of the 5 members of the previous KED/EEC, the only one who had not been penalized was Kyriakos Tavoulareas, who had not signed the relevant announcement and had not been asked to apologize.
