Played in the quarterfinals on September 29 Women’s World Basketball Championshipwhich takes place in Sydney, Australia.
All European teams (France, Serbia and Belgium) were eliminated from the competition in the 1/4 final stage.
The USA, Canada, Australia and China won the quarter-finals. The semi-finals will be held on 30 September, and the final on 1 October.
