EuroLeague premiere with Panathinaikos – Real, Giannis vs. Hawks in Dubai where the matches can be seen
Panathinaikos lifts the EuroLeague curtain for the 2022/23 season and welcomes Real (21:00, Novasports Prime and LIVE by Sportish) to Game 1, while a little earlier Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Bucks take on the Hawks in Dubai in a friendly (7:00 p.m., Cosmote Sport 4 and LIVE from Sportish).
EuroLeague time, Panathinaikos time. The “Greens” make their debut today (October 6th) with Real (9 p.m., Novasports Prime and LIVE from Sportish) in a highly interesting game with Real (9 p.m., Novasports Prime and LIVE from Sportish).
Panathinaikos will fight against one of the tournament favorites who wants to start the tournament on a positive note. The injured Nate Walters will not be available for this use of the “shamrock”. For their part, Real will start with six missing as they can’t count in the service of Rudy Fernandez, Adam Hanga, Alberto Abalde, Nigel Williams-Goss, Anthony Randolph and Carlos Alothen.

Today’s program also includes an NBA game in Dubai. And it’s a game of Greek interest as Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Bucks meet Trae Young’s Hawks (7pm, Cosmote Sport 4 and LIVE by Sportish).
This is Milwaukee’s second preseason friendly, but if all goes well it will be the first for Giannis, who missed the opening game against the Grizzlies due to a break.
Three Greek teams in the battle for the Women’s EuroCup
Today is Europe Day for three Greek teams entering the battle for the Women’s EuroCup qualification. The reason for Dafni Agios Dimitriou, Eleftheria Moschatou and Chania playing the first of their two games (the team with the best points difference qualifies).
Kicking things off is Dafni Agios Dimitriou, who salutes Turkey’s (and powerful) Hatay (6pm LIVE from FIBA YouTube Channel).
