Othello Hunter gave Andrea Trinchieri a new headache
Othello Hunter has been included in FC Bayern Munich’s (long) injury list, where another key member of the rotation has been eliminated.
FC Bayern Munich started the 2022/23 EuroLeague with four defeats in a row (most recently against Armani Milano in the Audi Dome), but Andrea Trinchieri is not only concerned with the results. The veteran manager has seen his side lose player after player over the past month, with Othello Hunter being the latest addition to the list.
The 36-year-old center injured himself against Armani Milano, limping off the field in the second quarter (hence only 6’14”) and further limiting Andrea Trinchieri’s batting options.
In his own absence, we must also consider those of Isaac Bonga, Elias Harris, Jean Marco Cisco and Augustin Rubit.
At first, however, Othello Hunter’s injury doesn’t seem particularly serious. However, he will not play the 5th matchday of the EuroLeague against Red Star in a week’s time.
