Except indefinitely for the Clippers’ Powell with a broken leg
The curse of injuries is not leaving the Clippers alone, who announced that Norman Powell has broken his left leg and will be out indefinitely.
Norman Powell has a few days left with the Clippers after his transfer from the Blazers, but he still managed to be “hit” by this year’s team’s injury ‘curse’.
As announced by the LA team, the talented guard/forward suffered a fracture in his left leg and will be out indefinitely. However, according to the same data, he will not undergo an operation.
Powell is the Clippers’ third player and will long be on the team’s medical record where Kwai Leonard (ruptured cruciate ligament) and Paul George (right elbow problem) have long been.
This season, Powell is averaging 18.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists with 41% on three-pointers. However, he managed to only wear the Clippers jersey for three games after his move from Portland.
