Prometheus – Panathinaikos has been postponed for the 5th game of the Basket League. In January 2023, the game will be played between the Patrons and the Greens. All changes announced by ESAKE.

Three changes were made to the schedule of the 5th game of the Basket League as announced by ESAKE, the most important being the postponement of the game between Prometheus Patras and Panathinaikos, which was scheduled for Sunday November 6th but will finally be played in January 2023.

The reason for this postponement was the Super League matchday 11 derby Panathinaikos – Olympiacos, which will be played on Sunday 6 November at 19:30 and will attract the greatest interest from the television audience.

This is the second game in a row for Makis Giatras’ team to be postponed and rescheduled to a new date as Prometheus was unable to travel to Karditsa last week due to being unable to find accommodation.

In detail, ESAKE’s announcement states: “The game between Prometheus Patras and Panathinaikos teams scheduled for Sunday November 6th has been postponed. The new event date is Monday 01/02/2023 with a start time of 19:15 and live television coverage from ERT3.

The meeting Peristeri – Karditsa will take place in KG “Andreas Papandreou” on Sunday, November 6th. from 19:15 (instead of 17:00) and will be broadcast live by ERT3.

The match between Aris and Apollon Patras will take place in Alexandreio on Saturday 5 November from 16:00 (instead of 15:45) and will be broadcast live by ERT3.
