Priftis: ‘Papapetrou will miss the Final Four, that’s the most likely’
Dimitris Priftis told ERT that Ioannis Papapetrou will most likely miss the Greek Cup final four due to his injury problem.
Dimitris Priftis declared on ERT after the end of Panathinaikos’ victorious match against Iraklis that Ioannis Papapetrou will not play in the final four of the Greek Cup, which will be played in Heraklion.
It is recalled that the leader of the shamrock underwent surgery to overcome a sinus infection and gave a road race to prevent the Cup Final – Four, which ultimately failed.
In detail what Dimitris Priftis said after the game: “Our minds weren’t here. As we increased our defense, we won clearly. Towards the end we went up defensively and clearly won. We didn’t care here, it’s obvious we didn’t play hard.
For the final – four in the cup: “ΤThe cup is on Friday. Our minds shouldn’t be there. Today is Monday, we have work to do“.
For Papapetrou and if he gets the last four: “Papapetrou will miss, that’s the most likely“.
