EEC revoked all Heracles tickets due to Ermis Agias’ debt to Ken Brown
The EWG revoked all Herakles cards after FIBA banned Ermis Agias over debts to Ken Brown.
Ken Brown wore Larissa’s (Hermis Agia) shirt in 2020/21 but the debt owed to him created a problem for Heracles. The merger of KAE Larissa with KAE Iraklis was accompanied by the transfer of all existing obligations from the Thessaly Group. This also included the payment from Ken Brown, which was not made according to the existing agreement.
Thus, FIBA punished KAE Iraklis with a suspension for blaming KAE Larisa on the 33-year-old guard. A penalty that the EEC – at the instigation of the world governing body – converted into a withdrawal of all the team’s cards.
What does that mean; If the debt to Ken Brown is not paid off immediately (within the next two days), Iraklis will lose the Greek Cup match against Panerythraikos (Wednesday 9 November).
Of course, for each day that passes and the suspension remains in effect, the problem will carry over to Elite League games.
