Nuggets leave San Antonio victorious with Jokic and Porter scoring 50 points
The Nuggets left San Antonio victorious, winning 115-109 against the impressive Spurs. This was the third straight win for Denver, who had a good night for Nikola Jokic and Michael Porter Jr.
The San Antonio Spurs fought back, but the Denver Nuggets eventually clinched a 115-109 win, maintaining a short three-game winning streak and handing Popovich’s team a fourth straight loss.
Nikola Jokic led the Nuggets, scoring 26 points (11/20 shooting), 8 rebounds, 10 assists, 3 blocks and 4 turnovers. Michael Porter Jr. also came close with 24 points (9/16 shooting) and 6 rebounds. On the other hand, Keldon Johnson stood out with 30 points and Josh Richardson with 22 but also 6 penalties.
