Itoudis’ reunion with Diamantidis and Tsartsari in “Two Aorakia”
A few moments after the end of the last training session of the men’s national team before today’s (11.11.) game against Latvia (7:00 p.m., Novasports Prime and LIVE from Sportish) for the 2023 World Cup qualifier, Dimitris Itoudis had a conversation with Kostas Tsartari and Dimitris Diamantidis, “good” in a basketball.
Kostas Tsartsaris and Dimitris Diamantidis are on the men’s side in the crucial game against Latvia (19:00, Novasports Prime and LIVE from Sportish) for his qualification World Cup 2023 and they practically showed it.
Mission to Crete: Spyros Cavalieratos
The former internationals met up with Dimitris Itoudis – who came to Crete on a private flight, arrived after 1.30pm and will be on the national team bench against Latvia – and made up their own basketball. They also know each other well from their longtime coexistence at Panathinaikos in the 2000s (and up to 2012).
It is recalled that Kostas Tsartsaris is now in charge of the EEC’s development program in the south, while Dimitris Diamantidis has taken on the role of adviser in the Federation’s development program for a few days.
