Check out Giannis Antitokoumbo’s Oscar stats in the game Bucks – Pacers, the club record he set but also the incredible jump that wowed the audience at Fiserv Forum and once again showed his greatness.

He’s accomplished so much in his nine seasons in the NBA that everyone now takes his dominance for granted. He doesn’t want to be called the “top player in the world,” but with performances like the one he had against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night (February 16), he is, even if he doesn’t like hearing about it.

Giannis Antetokounbo scored 50 points from 21 shots (15/18 two points, 2/3 three points), he had 14/18 shots, if he scored the last pair he executed he would equal his career record! He filled his stats with 14 rebounds (10 defense – 4 offense) and 4 assists in the 36 minutes he was down, and as excessive as it may sound, he could have paired that great night with the triple-double. He made a lot of open shots for his teammates, but Bobby Portis had 0/5 threes, Grayson Allen 1/4, Jordan Nuora 1/4 and Milwaukee 10/29 overall.

This was the 17th time a Bucks player has scored at least 50 points, with Antetokunbo setting an incredible record over those 17 nights, his being the most effective as he shot at an incredible 80.9%. And as if all that wasn’t enough, the nails, the layups, the midrange, the turnarounds, the fadeaways and the three-pointers, Giannis took a shocking dive by a 12-point difference five minutes before the finale, to the hearty applause of viewers in the Fiserv Forum.
