Papapetrou travels to Heraklion by ferry
Ioannis Papapetrou departs by boat Thursday night to be in the Basketball Cup Final Four with the rest of the Panathinaikos mission.
THAT Ioannis Papapetrou Panathinaikos can’t help just yet, but that doesn’t mean he won’t feature with his team-mates in the Greek Cup Final Four, which begins in Heraklion on Friday.
The leader of the Greens, who presented the armband to George Papagiannis on this occasion, has arranged to meet by ship to Crete and will be integrated into the rest of the group from Friday morning, also for psychological reasons.
Papapetrou will leave Piraeus on Thursday evening because he was unable to obtain medical clearance to fly with the rest of the mission due to the surgery he underwent in his sinus.
