3×3 events under the watchful eye of Diamantidis – Albertis and Olympiacos and Panathinaikos players in Crete
The action doesn’t end in Heraklion, Crete, as the sidelines of the Greek Cup Final Four will see 3×3 matches for different age categories taking place today (19/2), with the presence of Diamantidis, Albert but also players from Olympiacos and Panathinaikos.
The main course of the Final Four of the Greek Cup will be “served” tomorrow (20.2.) with the final between Panathinaikos and Olympiakos (5:00 p.m., ERT3 and LIVE by Sportish). Today (February 19th), however, the day belongs to the children and young players, because 3×3 events in different age groups will take place in Heraklion.
As announced by the EEC, the program includes games for the categories U11, U13, U15, U18, U23, but also for all ages, while the gift will be presented by the General Managers of Panathinaikos, Dimitris Diamantidis and Frangiskos Albertis, and Ioannis Papapetrou for the ” Greens” and Michalis Lountzis and Sakil McKissick for Olympiakos.

“Yesterday’s Men’s Final Four Cup semifinals were just the beginning. The basketball action continues in Heraklion over the weekend as the 3×3 basketball festival dedicated to the smile of the child is the best harbinger of Sunday’s grand final between Panathinaikos and Olympiakos (17:00).
The Hellenic Basketball Federation (EEC), the Association of Basketball Clubs of Crete (EKASK), the Municipality of Heraklion and the Region of Crete jointly organize the 3X3 Festival, which will take place in Agia Aikaterini Square from 11:00 a.m. on Sunday . Sports enthusiasts young and old, as well as families, will have the opportunity to practice sports, but also to see up close the members of the teams of the two finalists of the cup. Today (February 19) the “gift” will be presented by Panathinaikos Dimitris Diamantidis, Frangiskos Albertis and Ioannis Papapetrou as well as Olympiakos Michalis Lountzis and Sakil Makiskik.

Eligible to participate in the 3×3 Festival are those who can provide proof of a valid vaccination card or a 48-hour rapid test or a 72-hour PCR test.
