The EEC notification in detail: “The Men’s Cup Final Four final between Panathinaikos and Olympiakos on Sunday at Neo KG Heraklion (“Dyo Aorakia”) will be dedicated to the memory of Alkis Kampanos, the 19-year-old fan who became the victim of blind fan violence that shocked the whole country.
