Greek Cup: The EWG instructions for visiting fans

With its announcement, the EEC informed about the arrival of the fans in “Dyo Aorakia” for the final of the Greek Cup between Panathinaikos and Olympiakos (February 20, 5 p.m., ERT3 and LIVE from Sportish).

According to the federation, the control will be intensive to ensure the final runs smoothly.

The EEC notification in detail:

“The first Final Four of the Men’s Cup after 18 years ends on Sunday with the staging of the grand final between Panathinaikos and Olympiakos (5 p.m.).

The gates of the stadium open at 2:30 p.m. and the public are asked to arrive on time in order not to create a traffic jam due to the necessary multiple checks.

Upon arrival, spectators will be subjected to strict ticketing, identity, vaccination or illness certificates and physical checks both outdoors and before entering the stadium. If a fan does not have a valid proof of vaccination or illness, they will not be allowed to enter the facility. Confirmation of a negative rapid test, PCR or self-test result in adults will not be accepted.

Regarding the entry of underage fans who are not fully vaccinated, for those who are in the 13-17 age group, entry will ONLY be accepted with confirmation of a negative control with PCR test within seventy-two (72) hours or a rapid test permitted within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the race. Persons under the age of 12 who are not fully vaccinated are allowed to participate with a negative self-test taken on the day of the race.

All spectators must wear a protective mask while on the pitch and keep a distance of at least one and a half meters.
