Chris Paul appeared with a right hand splint in practice at the 2022 All Star Game, leaving open the possibility of missing some Suns matches when the season resumes after All Star Weekend.

Chris Paul may miss some of the Suns’ games when the regular season resumes after All Star Weekend 2022. He made the revelation himself, although the picture spoke for itself, having appeared in Team LeBron practice ahead of the 2022 All Star Game with a splint in his right hand.

We have a record of 48-10 and if I lose some time I know my teammates will persevere. You always get upset when there’s an injury. “My hand surgeon is like a family member now.” said Paul, who previously underwent four surgeries on his arm, adding: “I always want to play. When I felt pain in my hand, I got upset for various reasons. Of course I will not rush anything and try to recover as soon as possible. “As soon as I’m ready to play, I will play, I guarantee it.”

The Sun star was injured in the Suns’ last game before the all-game break against the Rockets (124-121) when he was hit by Jason Tate and then sent off for falling on an umpire. Phoenix said Paul’s magnetic field is clean, but that doesn’t mean it wouldn’t protect him when needed.

This season, Paul has averaged 14.9 points, 4.5 rebounds, 10.7 assists and 1.9 steals in 33 minutes after playing in all of the Suns’ 58 games before the break for All Star Weekend.
