Despite a crushing loss to the Golden State Warriors, the San Antonio Spurs made history this Friday by breaking the NBA game attendance record. The Denver Nuggets beat the Los Angeles Clippers at home with Nikola Jokic out with a sore wrist.

Clippers 103 – Nugget 115

The Denver Nuggets’ five-game winning streak had extra merit as the leaders of the West stormed Los Angeles without Nikola Jokic. So the whole team, including Jamal Murray (24 points and 8 rebounds), worked their way up to a very convincing victory.

Kawhi Leonard (24 points, 8 rebounds) stood out for the Clippers without Paul George, having won just one of his last eight games.

Spurs 113 – Warriors 144

Without Devin Booker and Chris Paul, the Suns have won just two of their last 10 games and finished 10th in the West.

Kings 139 – Rockets 114

Domantas Sabonis posted an astonishing triple-double (19 points, 15 rebounds, 16 assists) to overtake the poor Houston Rockets on an eight-game losing streak.

Spain’s Ousmane Galba had two points, three rebounds and one assist in 16 minutes for the Rockets as they lost 20 of 40 triples against the Kings.

Wizards 108 – Knicks 112

Jalen Brunson petted a triple-double (34 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists) to lead the New York Knicks in these away wins against the Washington Wizards along with Julius Randle (23 points, 16 rebounds).

Kyle Kuzma’s great game (40 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists) didn’t help the capital, though they touched a comeback in the final minutes.

Pacers 111 – Hawks 113

John Collins’ save tap with 0.7 seconds left gave the Atlanta Hawks a big win over the Indiana Pacers.

Trae Young (26 points and 11 assists) and Benedict Maturin (26 points) were the top scorers for Atlanta and Indiana respectively.

Bulls 110 – Thunder 124

Josh Guiddy had a triple-double (25 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists) to give the Oklahoma City Thunder a prestigious victory during their visit to Chicago.

Zach LaVine had 25 points and six rebounds for the Bulls, who lost three in a row and lost DeMar DeRozan.

Jazz 112 – Magic 108

The Utah Jazz struggled to the end, winning the game against the Orlando Magic in the hands of Lauri Markkanen (28 points, 12 rebounds).

Franz Wagner (26 points) was the top scorer from Florida.
