Argentina want Cabasso and Bolmaro in the February windows
The Argentina national team is hoping to enjoy the services of Facundo Cabasso and Leandro Bolmaro in the qualifying windows of the World Cup, which will be held in February.
Facundo Cabasso is not eligible to participate in the EuroLeague until the end of February. It’s a problem for Red Star but an opportunity for Argentina, who need two wins in as many games in the February window to book their ticket to the 2023 World Cup.
Pablo Priggioni seems to have already taken the first steps to bring the short guard home to play against both Canada (23/02) and Canada Dominican Republic (02/26), However, he has still not sided with the Belgrade Red-Whites who have spent a huge sum to acquire Campasos and may not want to risk injury.
Of course, Argentina wants Leandro Bolmaro, who is in the NBA but rarely competes, to be available for the next qualifying window. In fact, the 22-year-old former Barcelona player has played 11 games for the Jazz, spending an average of 5.5 minutes on the pitch.
