SPORT24’s mission: This is the Final Eight stadium in Crete
The heart of Greek basketball will be beating in the “Dyo Aorakia” for the Final Eight of the OPAP Hellenic Cup in the next few days. Sportish is based in Heraklion and brings the first pictures from the stadium, which is considered the second title of the season.
Crete and – especially – the “Two Aorakia” have hosted some big events in the recent past. The existing know-how (along with the infrastructure) is there, hence the EEC’s decision to hold the Final Eight of the OPAP Hellenic Cup in Heraklion. The first in the history of the event.
The Sportish has already arrived in Crete bringing the first images from the stadium where the Final Eight matches of the OPAP Hellenic Cup will be played.
Eight teams with one goal: the trophy. In a really beautiful field. In a very welcoming area. All ready for a big celebration, as any sporting event should be.
