Kevin Love is fired by the Cavaliers and signs with the Heat

It’s the end of an era for Kevin Love and the Cavaliers as the veteran forward is expected to resign from his contract with the Cavs, with US reports suggesting he will join the Heat.

Kevin Love is expected to become a free agent soon, but that won’t be for long. This comes according to a report from Athletic, which revealed that the veteran forward is on the verge of resigning from his contract with the Cavaliers and is expected to join the Heat squad immediately.

Love has been off rotation for the Cavs lately, who have been looking for a way to either trade him or eventually release him to give him a chance to transfer to a team of his choosing.

This season, Love is averaging 8.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.9 assists with 35.4% three-point shooting in 20 minutes of play.

With Love’s contract termination, the epilogue officially joined the team that won the only championship in Cavaliers history in 2016. The 35-year-old forward joined LeBron James as the third member of Cavs Big 3 Kyrie Irving, who is heading to Cleveland in the summer of 2014.

In the 8.5 seasons he wore the Cavaliers jersey, he averaged 15.7 points, 9.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists with 37.6% on three points in 29 minutes of attendance.

Euroleague match may be postponed due to unusual reason

The Euroleague match between Hapoel Tel Aviv and Paris, which was planned to be played on Friday, January 9 at 20:00, will be postponed again.

The Reds had previously made an official request to the Euroleague management regarding this issue, and it is expected to be announced in the coming days.

The match will probably not be played on Friday evening and will be played around the February break for the national teams.

Hapoel management is unhappy with the behavior of the French club and its owner David Kahn. They claim that Paris refused to fly a connecting flight to Israel.

According to Euroleague rules, in double-header weeks, each team must reach the match arena by direct flight or travel no more than one and a half hours. However, the French refuse to attend the match on the grounds that it is against the regulations, as they will be playing in Türkiye, where there has been no direct flight to Israel since October 7.

Hapoel Tel Aviv also said that Paris refused to fly via Cyprus, which would ultimately lead to the postponement of the game.

In the statement made by the club, “Paris owner David Kahn insists on a direct flight to Israel, which is not possible from Türkiye. He is doing everything possible to avoid coming to Israel.”

Previously, there was news that there was a flu epidemic in one of Europe’s leading clubs.

“I’m here. Don’t ask me that question. It’s disrespectful to me and my teammates. I wear this jersey every day.

To say I don’t want to be here is disrespectful to the organization, the coaching staff, myself and everyone who worked hard to get me on the field. Don’t ask me this question. I am her. I’m going out in this uniform. And as long as I’m here, I’ll give it my all until the last second of the match.”
