The Copa del Rey is over for Sergio Yul
The qualifying win over Valencia was a Pyrrhic victory for Real Madrid, who will be without Sergio Jules for the remainder of the Copa del Rey.
Real Madrid will be without Sergio Yul for the remainder of the Copa del Rey. The ‘Queen’ captain was injured in the quarter-finals against Valencia, and was down to just 4’39” at the Palau Municipal D’Esports de Badalona.
The first tests that were done on him showed that he has a knee problem, but not so serious that it would keep him out of action for a long time. More on the exact period of absence from action will be revealed when Real Madrid return to their base after the Copa del Rey final.
