Vangelis Mantzaris becomes a “Panther” in Venezuela
Vangelis Mantzaris is leaving Ionikos and the Basket League to play for the Panthers de Miranda in Venezuela.
From Nice to Venezuela! Vangelis Mantzaris made the decision to leave Ionikos and the Basket League behind to continue his career in the Venezuelan league. The 33-year-old warden has already signed his contract and is ready to move to Venezuela in the coming days, according to the club’s official statement.
Before leaving for the Latin American country, however, he will definitely face AEK (4/3) and Apollon Patras (11/3) in the away derby, while it is possible that the home game will be his last with bwin dove on March 19th.
