According to Interfax, which quotes customs authorities at Sheremetyevo Airport, the 31-year-old Phoenix Mercury Center arrived in the Russian capital in February with a dog sniffing her luggage and authorities found drugs, cannabis oil for cannabis in e-cigarette cartridges.
