The Hornets messed up the Knicks’ streak in New York
The Hornets found the Knicks tired and took advantage, coming back from -16 to win in New York 112-105, ending the New Yorkers’ 9-game winning streak. Major wins for Nets and Wizards.
The Knicks were on a 9-game winning streak and were favorites against the Hornets. But they were exhausted from their double overtime win in Boston against the Celtics two days ago and … drained in the second half when Charlotte came back from -16 and beat Madison Square Garden 105-112.
Kelly Oubre was the top scorer for the winners with 27 points, Terry Rozier added 25 points and Gordon Hayward added 23 points.
For the Knicks, who were without Jaylen Brunson for the second year in a row, ARJ Barrett had 27 points and Julius Randle had 16 points (but on 5/17 shooting).

The Nets are finding a rhythm and they showed it in Houston, where they recovered from the first -11 and played good basketball from the 2nd period and then got the 96-118 win over the Rockets.
Michael Bridges led with 30 points, Spencer Dinwiddie added 23 points and Nick Claxton had 18 points and 13 rebounds.
For the Rockets, Jaylen Green had 25 points and Alperen Sengun had 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Pistons – Wizards 117-119
The Wizards… saw everything against the Pistons. In the end, however, they saw Daniel Gafford play the role of…savior, scoring late in the game with an offensive rebound from a Bradley Beal miss to give his team a 117-119 victory in Detroit.
Beal led the winners with 32 points, with Kristaps Porzingis adding 24 points and Kyle Kuzma adding 23 points.
For the Pistons, Jaden Ivey had 26 points and 12 assists and James Wiseman had 21 points.
