Coach Prometheus: “This is a competition where anyone can win against anyone”

Head coach of the Ukrainian basketball club “Prometheus” Ronen Ginzburg He commented on the upcoming Eurocup basketball game against the French Burg:

– Coach, when we played the first game with Burg, they were first in the standings, now we are first and the French have lost the previous four games. Why are they experiencing such a loss streak now? What are you thinking?

– This is a competition, anyone can win, lose. “Burg” started the season well, having several victories in a row. Now he has several defeats. Now we have a series of victories. This is a competition. Anyone can win against anyone. Another reason is that a very important player for them – number 24 playing fours, was injured in the previous six or seven games. This is perhaps the most likely reason for their decline. Now his forwards are already back on duty.

– What do you expect from the match to be played on Wednesday in the first place?

“We have to continue to get better on defense as we have done so far. Play your game, play it consistently, carefully and responsibly.
