Ronen GINZBURG: “I’m happy for us, our fans, Ukraine”
Head coach of the Ukrainian basketball club “Prometheus” Ronen Ginzburg Commented on the championship in the Latvian-Estonian basketball league:
“First of all, I am very happy for the players, the fans, the president, the vice president, everyone around us. We showed a huge character with all these problems. It’s an incredible feeling. I am happy for us, for our fans, for Ukraine. We showed our character once again, we played good basketball both in this game and this season.
I hope we continue.
We must conduct a medical examination of Ivan Tkachenko. I hope everyone is well. We’ll examine him and Clavell tomorrow. It would be great if someone joins our list on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Agadi really wants to play but we need to make sure she can get on the field.
On April 8, Prometheus won the LEBL trophy, beating VEF Riga in the final (77:62).
