Ukraine U-16 men’s national team defeated the Georgian team in the friendly match organized as part of the preparations for the European Championship.
Dmitry Kolomiychenko’s wards managed to pin the opponent in an additional five-minute period. After winning overtime with a score of 18:16, he also won the match – 92:90.
The Ukrainian team avenged the defeat from the Georgians with the score of 63:68 in the first control match played the previous day.
Recall that the national team of Ukraine will enter group B together with the teams of Norway, England, Hungary and Estonia at the U-16 European Championship held in Pitesti, Romania.
