Michael Jordan: ‘Young players are overpaid’
Legendary Chicago Bulls defender Michael Jordan He talked about the young players of the current NBA who, according to him, receive fabulous money.
“Now young basketball players are getting great pay, most of these players have not shown their real level yet and they are given 5-year contracts. This is money from the future. When you make big money, you don’t work hard,” said Jordan.
Jordan is a two-time Olympic champion (1984, 1992) and a six-time NBA champion with Chicago. He also played in Washington, where he retired in 2003. Jordan was named NBA MVP five times and was selected to the All-Star Game 14 times. In his league career, he averaged 30.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 5.3 assists.
