Lokomotiv-Kuban defeated CSKA in the quarter finals of the VTB United League Super Cup.
The team from Krasnodar beat the opponent from Moscow in overtime – 100:98 (18:24, 23:21, 32:25, 13:16, 14:12).
The most productive player of the meeting was Casper Ware from CSKA, who scored 44 points. Lokomotiv has 22 points from Vladislav Yemchenko.
Earlier, Turkish Fenerbahçe defeated Moscow MBA with a score of 94:79 in the quarterfinals of the VTB United League Super Cup.
The tournament is being held for the third time, it is named after the Honored Coach of the USSR Alexander Gomelsky. The current winner of the competition is Zenit.
