Kiev-Basket signed a contract with the American big man
Kiev-Basket club announced that it signed an agreement with American long player Haimon Markanvis.
The 27-year-old legionnaire started training at Kiev-Basket after previously passing a medical examination.
Markanvis previously played in the Belarusian championship and in Estonia, where he defended the colors of the TalTech club.
We would like to remind you that Kiev-Basket has already extended the contracts of forwards Nazariy Kisilchuk and Vadim Zaplotinsky, and big players Artur Fresh-Stakhanov and Sergei Yurchenko this off-season. The Kievans also added defender Igor Starodub of the SumDu team and two American point guards Danya Kingsby and forward Brantley Bynum. Three more transfers were 33-year-old forward Maxim Ozhegov and defenders Nikita Kogut and Nikita Stetsyura.
“Kiev-Basket” took 4th place in the Super League 2022/2023.
