BC Dnepr defeated the champion of Ukraine in the opening match of the Super League.
Today, October 3, the start of the Ukrainian Basketball Championship took place. Current champion Budivelnik played against Dnepr in Kiev.
The teams played the first half equally. Budivelnik had a slight advantage in rebounds, Dnepr attacked better from distance and made 4/10 three-pointers in the half.
“Dnepr” made a significant breakthrough in the third quarter, defeating Vladimir Koval’s team with a score of 22:15 and gaining an 8-point lead in the last 10 minutes. The decisive factor in the match was the third quarter, and in the last 10 minutes, Dnipro team maintained its advantage and won the match with a score of 72:66.
